TAKE A MINUTE® FOR ALL
A RESILIENCY RESET
TAKE A MINUTE® (TAM) is a revolutionary one-minute Everyday Self-Care exercise program building resilience and promoting wellness. The 3 R’s of TAM are reset, relieve and refresh. TAM is the foundation of all Zuleikha’s teaching and self-care work.
Any time you feel drained, bent over, or worried, you can re-set, relieve and refresh with the TAM™ Transformative Self Care Exercises. By gently reaching through your whole body, you joints get connected. Then with very small effort, the energy that arises goes through your circulatory system. A feeling of rejuvenation and relaxation can happen at the sme time. This little effort clears the mind and refreshes the system. A fresh start. And guess what? You can do this for yourself over and over again, throughout the day. —Zuleikha
Zuleikha created TAKE A MINUTE® Transformative Self-Care Exercises as a vehicle of rejuvenation for all people in all walks of life. Through her workshops, seminars classes, conferences, presentations and her non-profit humanitarian work, she helps people to find their own connection to vitality.
I am very happy that Zuleikha has created the exercises. They consist of healing methods as well as spiritual methods to realize one’s own psycho-physical situation. —Lama Doboom Tulku, author and former director of Tibet House, India

BODY LISTENING MAP
MOVEMENT AWARENESS PRACTICE
BodyListening has been called a body-friendly way to explore free movement. The structure follows the developmental logic of the way the body wants to move, rather than the way the mind wants the body to move. The process begins on the floor, exploring the relationship with gravity, attuning to a quiet deep awareness while being held by and safety of the floor. Moving from the body’s felt-sense, habitual patterns unwind and new pathways open. This practice often creates a free-flowing feeling of continuity.
The session can progress to standing and moving while maintaining connection with inner awareness. In the last phase of BodyListening, full body movements through space can be explored, which can bring in the connection to other people.Moving inside of one’s own pace and felt sense is one of the gifts o the BodyListening practice.
I was so glad to see you again, and so glad to do your work. I had a wonderful week. It has had lasting effects. During one of the floor work sessions I suddenly found myself connected to myself at around 10 years old. I have always hated myself at that age, felt like I was an ugly freak of nature, but during that session I felt only compassion for that child. It was very moving and it has lasted. —Anonymous, seminar participant
BodyListening requires no special training or equipment. It doesn’t ask you to abandon the body you have for some one else’s idea of how you should look. BodyListening is an invitation to inhabit the body you live in, and discover what unfolds from this awareness. It can be done by everyone, regardless of level of health or movement experience.
DANCE FOR GOOD
MOVE FREELY

Learning to move through the Great Heart, Dance for Good is a way to explore this feeling while your body, mind and spirit a ‘re-set.’
Embrace and Enliven
Free movement is an opportunity to explore the call of the heart. Let the Love we long for guide our exploration. Allow creativity to speak through the instrument of motion. Find your own play of rhythm and melody. World music, devotion, emotion, expression of the unknown, moves into the voice of the soul through the expression of movement. This is an invitation to Dance in the Ocean of the Heart.
