The 3 R’s of TAKE A MINUTE® — reset, relieve and refresh
Customer needs were evaluated in a nation-wide market research study of TAKE A MINUTE®
Survey participants’ (full time workers’) responses to TAKE A MINUTE® ranged from their surprise at the short time it took to get good results to how much it increased their energy, helped their focus, and lowered their stress at the same time.
Results of this case study represent the worker population as described above. 81% of participants noted TAKE A MINUTE® works effectively!
The study included a random sample, balanced across the 9 US Census regions, as well as across ages 18+ and gender. Respondents represent full-time workers who spend more than 5 hours or more sitting in a chair during a usual work day. A total of 202 interviews of TAM users were conducted, collecting data before and after exposure to one-minute exercise segments in the program.
Participants are Saying
I feel better!!! If this program would come on my computer screen automatically every 45 minutes or so, that would be great!!”
“I felt a bit more energized. [After TAM], I felt I like I could work another hour or two without a break.”
“I felt rejuvenated!! It made my body feel like it was not as ‘slumpy.’”
“The exercise made me feel much better within a short amount of time. I got a little muscle relaxation in doing the stretching techniques. The pain in my neck, and tingly sensation in my legs are now gone.”
