Awakening Healing from the Inside Out with Zuleikha
Movement and Body Awareness
Energize your body through story-movement dance to explore the stories that your body holds. When you inhabit your body and discover what unfolds from awareness through movement, you’ll unwind old habit patterns and re-create your story. Learn the science of movement, somatic intelligence, and their relationship to yoga and spirituality. Delve into ancient tradition of music in movement, and unite your soul and body in a spiritual conversation. When the spirit moves, new pathways open for you to dance through.
Offered as 2 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change)
while moving, mind becomes fluid, heart opens and body feels, spaciousness arrives
This is a special invitation to experience Libera ~ a form of guided free movement facilitated by Zuleikha within the beautiful space of Sukhasiddhi. No experience is necessary. If you are a person who wants to move freely, this is an opportunity to dive into the mystery and explore.
Pir Zia and Zuleikha will explore the heart as a bridge between body and soul during this week of meditation, movement and Zikr. By evoking the wisdom inherent in body through somatic practice, and tapping into Pirzadi-Shahida Noor-Un-Nisa’s inspiring spiritual legacy through the ethics of the heart, contemplation and storytelling, we explore unity through the visible and invisible.
Embodied here on Earth, we take this opportunity to attune to the subtle art of illumination through inspiration. On the surface everything seems fragmented, but deep down everything is connected within a single sacred whole. The body, heart and soul have a secret wisdom. To awaken it is to see through the veil of separation. Then the divine presence is perceived everywhere and Earth is transformed into heaven.
Zuleikha has created Movement Awareness Practices, used internationally. These methods offer a re-set and allow participants to experience the healing power of movement, explore inner movement research and the art of moving freely.
