Pir Zia and Zuleikha will explore the heart as a bridge between body and soul during this week of meditation, movement and Zikr. By evoking the wisdom inherent in body through somatic practice, and tapping into Pirzadi-Shahida Noor-Un-Nisa’s inspiring spiritual legacy through the ethics of the heart, contemplation and storytelling, we explore unity through the visible and invisible.
Embodied here on Earth, we take this opportunity to attune to the subtle art of illumination through inspiration. On the surface everything seems fragmented, but deep down everything is connected within a single sacred whole. The body, heart and soul have a secret wisdom. To awaken it is to see through the veil of separation. Then the divine presence is perceived everywhere and Earth is transformed into heaven.
